Contact PDFinish
Email hello@pdfinish.com. It is the one address for help with a file, billing, privacy requests, security reports and press, and it goes to the person who runs PDFinish.
Last updated:
What can I write to PDFinish about?
Five things, all to the same address. Put the topic in the subject line and we will point your message to the right place.
Help with a file or a tool
Tell us the tool you used, your browser and what happened. Never attach a private document; a description or a screenshot with the private parts covered is enough. Most tools run in your browser, so we cannot see your files.
Billing, refunds and your plan
Write from the email you signed up with. Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we made a mistake. You can cancel at any time in one click from your account page. Pricing and refunds.
Privacy requests
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write from the email on your account and say what you want. What we keep, and for how long, is on the privacy page. Privacy policy.
Security reports
If you found a security problem, email us what you found and how to reproduce it. The security page says how we handle reports. Security.
Press and corrections
For press questions, or to tell us a page has something wrong on it, use the same address. Corrections are made openly and the page's date changes with them. Editorial policy.
Who is behind PDFinish?

Is there a contact form or a phone number?
No. We have no form, no phone line and no chat window. Email keeps a written record for both sides and lets you attach a screenshot.
