Questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, in one click from your account page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged.
Will you remind me before my plan renews?
Yes. We email you 7 days before a yearly renewal and 3 days before a monthly one, so a charge never surprises you. The email shows the plan, the amount and the date, with a link to cancel.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of any payment, no questions asked. Write to hello@pdfinish.com and say which payment.
Where is my receipt?
Your receipt comes from Link, Stripe's checkout service that processes our payments. Your card statement will show LINK.COM* PDFINISH. You can also manage your subscription at link.com.
What happens to my files?
For the tools that run in your browser, your files never leave your device. We cannot see them, so we cannot lose or leak them. The exceptions are Word, Excel and PowerPoint to PDF, which upload the file to our server and delete it as soon as the conversion finishes. Those pages say so before you start.
Is there a limit on conversions for Pro?
No. Pro and Lifetime have unlimited tasks, and that includes Word, Excel and PowerPoint to PDF conversions. Files for conversion can be up to 50 MB, and other files up to 500 MB. If many people convert at once, your file waits its turn in a short queue instead of failing.
What happens to the monthly price later?
$2.99 is an intro price. If we raise it later, you keep the price you signed up at for as long as you stay subscribed.
How does the Team plan work?
Team is priced for the size of your group. Use Contact us on the Team card, tell us your team size and what you need, and we will get back to you by email. Nothing is charged by sending the form.
What does Lifetime include?
All current and future PDFinish Pro features, for as long as PDFinish runs. Separate add-ons are priced on their own and are not included.
