Put the packet together and sign it from your phone

Merge the offer, disclosures and addenda into one PDF, add your signature, and shrink the file to send by email or upload. The tools on this page run in your browser, so your documents are not uploaded.

Free to try: 2 tasks a day with no account, 10 with a free account. Each tool step counts as one task. Merging, signing and shrinking a packet is three steps.

State rules vary, and this page is not legal advice. PDFinish does not include state or brokerage forms. Bring your own forms and use these tools to assemble, sign and send them.

The packet, step by step

  • Assemble the packet

Add the offer, disclosures, addenda and proof of funds, put them in order, and merge them into one PDF. Add page numbers so the other side can find their place.

Tools: Merge PDF, Organize PDF, Add Page Numbers.

  • Sign on a phone

Draw or type your signature and place it on the page, in the browser on your phone. It is a picture of your signature, not a certificate-based digital signature, so check what the other side accepts.

    Tools: Sign PDF, Fill PDF.

  • Shrink it to send

If the packet is too big for email or a portal, keep the default Balanced setting. It shrinks the photos in the file and leaves text selectable. A packet with few photos may not get smaller, and Compress says so. Strong shrinks scans harder but turns pages into pictures, so keep it for photo scans and away from contracts and disclosures.

    Tools: Compress PDF.

  • Send only the pages needed

Pull the signature pages or one addendum out of a long packet and send just those. The original file stays as it was.

Tools: Extract PDF Pages, Delete PDF Pages.

Four tools cover most of it

The tools above run in your browser, so your documents are not uploaded. Word, Excel and PowerPoint to PDF are the exceptions: they upload the file to our server and delete it when the conversion finishes.

Pricing

Free to start, one price for no limits

Start free: 2 tasks a day with no account, 10 with a free account, and files up to 50 MB. Each tool step counts as one task, so merge, sign and compress is three.

If you build packets most days, Pro is $2.99 a month or $24 a year. It gives unlimited tasks and files up to 500 MB. Cancel in one click. The Lifetime founder deal is $50, limited to 500 seats, and does not include the signature add-on (sending a document for a client to sign), which is coming later.

Send a document for a client to sign: coming later

Today you can sign your own copy. We are building a way to send a document to a client and have them sign online. It will be a paid add-on, and it is not ready yet. Join the waitlist and we will email you once, when it opens.

We use your email only to tell you when Request Signatures is ready. See our privacy page.

Questions, answered

Is Sign PDF a legal e-signature?

Sign PDF places a picture of your signature, drawn or typed, on the page. It is not a certificate-based digital signature. Whether a signature is accepted depends on your state, your brokerage and the other side, so check with them.

Can my client sign too?

Not through PDFinish yet. You can sign your own copy now. Sending a document for a client to sign is a planned paid add-on, and the waitlist on this page is how you hear first.

My brokerage already has e-signature. Why use this?

You may not need to. PDFinish covers the jobs around it: merging a packet, pulling pages out, shrinking a file for a portal, and signing your own copy quickly. Use whatever your brokerage requires for the signing step.

Do you provide state forms or contracts?

No. PDFinish ships no state or brokerage forms. Bring your own form, fill it with Fill PDF if it has fields, and use the tools here to assemble and send it.

Are my clients' documents uploaded?

No. Merge, Sign, Compress and Extract run in your browser, so the file stays on your device. The exceptions are Word, Excel and PowerPoint to PDF, which upload the file to our server and delete it when the conversion finishes. The page tells you before you start.

How do I make a big packet small enough to send?

Merge the files into one PDF first, then open Compress PDF and keep the default Balanced setting. Balanced shrinks the photos in the file and leaves your text selectable. Strong shrinks harder by turning pages into pictures, so use it only on photo scans, never on contracts or disclosures you need to read or search.

Open a tool and finish the packet

Drop in your files and work right in the browser. Nothing to install. Your first 2 tasks each day need no account.
