PDF tools for the work you actually do
PDFinish is a set of PDF tools and templates for people who handle paperwork as part of their work: merge, compress, fill, sign and more. Most tools run in your browser, so your files stay on your device. Pick the page that sounds like you.

Questions, answered
Which page should I pick?
Pick the one closest to your work. Every page uses the same tools. The page just groups the jobs and templates you are most likely to need. If none fits, start from a tool or browse the templates.
Do I need an account?
No. You can use 2 tasks a day with no account, and 10 a day with a free account. Each tool step counts as one task.
Are my files uploaded?
For most tools, no. They run in your browser, so your files stay on your device. The exceptions are Word, Excel and PowerPoint to PDF: they upload the file to our server, delete it as soon as the conversion finishes, and say so before you add a file.
Is any of this legal, tax or medical advice?
No. PDFinish gives you tools and general-purpose templates. Rules differ by place and by situation, so check the rules that apply to you, or ask a professional, before you rely on a document.
What does it cost?
Starting is free. Pro is $2.99 a month or $24 a year, with unlimited tasks, and you can cancel in one click. There is also a $50 Lifetime founder deal, limited to 500 seats.
