Turn photos of homework into one PDF
Add photos of your pages, put them in order and save one PDF. Then shrink it to fit your course portal, or fill in and sign a form. The tools run in your browser, so nothing is uploaded, and you do not need an account to start.
Free to try: 2 tasks a day with no account, 10 with a free account. Each tool step counts as one task. Photos to PDF and then shrink is two steps. iPhone photos saved as HEIC need converting to JPG first.
From phone photos to a finished upload
Photos of homework to one PDF
Choose the photos, or on a phone tap Take a photo. Drag them into order and save one PDF. HEIC photos from an iPhone are not supported yet, so set your camera to save JPG or convert them first. Rotate any page that came out sideways.
Tools: JPG to PDF, Merge PDF, Rotate PDF.
Shrink it for a portal
Many course portals cap the size of an upload. Open Compress PDF and keep Balanced, which shrinks the photos and leaves any typed text alone. A scan of handwriting is mostly photo, so Balanced saves the most there. Strong shrinks scans harder but turns pages into pictures, so try it only on photo scans, after Balanced.
Tools: Compress PDF.
Fix the page order
Drag pages into a new order, rotate the sideways ones, or delete a blurry page before you hand the file in.
Tools: Organize PDF, Rotate PDF, Delete PDF Pages.
Four tools cover most of it
JPG to PDF
Turn photos of handwritten pages into one PDF.
Compress PDF
Get the file under a portal's size limit.
Fill PDF
Type into a form on your phone.
Sign PDF
Add a drawn or typed signature to a form.
The tools above run in your browser, so your files are not uploaded. Word, Excel and PowerPoint to PDF are the exceptions: they upload the file to our server and delete it when the conversion finishes.
Free to start, and you pay only for no limits
Start free: 2 tasks a day with no account, 10 with a free account, and files up to 50 MB. Each tool step counts as one task, so photos to PDF and then shrink is two.
There is no student plan or discount. If you ever want no limits, Pro is $2.99 a month or $24 a year, and you can cancel in one click.
Questions, answered
Do I need an account?
No. Without one you get 2 tasks a day. A free account, which needs only an email address, raises that to 10 a day.
Does it work with iPhone photos?
Photos saved as JPG, PNG or WebP work. HEIC, the iPhone default, is not supported yet. Under Settings, Camera, Formats, choose Most Compatible, or convert the photos to JPG first.
Are my homework and forms uploaded?
No. JPG to PDF, Compress, Fill and Sign run in your browser, so the file stays on your device. Word, Excel and PowerPoint to PDF are the exceptions: they upload the file to our server and delete it when the conversion finishes. The page tells you before you start.
How do I get my PDF under my portal's size limit?
Open Compress PDF and keep Balanced. It shrinks the photos and leaves typed text alone. If a file cannot get smaller, Compress says so. Strong shrinks scans harder but turns pages into pictures, so try it only on photo scans.
Can I sign a form on my phone?
Yes. Sign PDF lets you draw or type your signature and place it on the page. It is a picture of your signature, not a certificate-based digital signature, so check that your school or landlord accepts it.
What does it cost?
Starting is free. For no limits, Pro is $2.99 a month or $24 a year, and you can cancel in one click.
Open a tool and hand it in
Drop in your photos and work right in the browser. Nothing to install. Your first 2 tasks each day need no account.
