Can I rotate just one page?
Yes. Use the arrows under a page to turn only that page, or use the buttons at the top to turn every page.
Does rotating reduce quality?
No. The pages are not re-drawn. We only change the way each page is turned, so the text and images stay as sharp as they were.
Will the new rotation show up in other PDF viewers?
Yes. We set each page's turn in the file itself, which standard PDF viewers and printers follow. Check the preview before you save, and the file will open the same way elsewhere.
Can I rotate a password-protected PDF?
Unlock it first with Unlock PDF, using the password you have, then rotate the unlocked copy.
Is my file uploaded when I use Rotate PDF?
No. Your pages are turned in your browser. The file is not sent to our servers.
Is Rotate PDF free, and are there limits?
You can use it free. Without an account you get 2 tasks a day, and a free account (just an email address) raises that to 10. Free files can be up to 50 MB. Pro removes the daily limit and allows files up to 500 MB. Pro also lets you run Rotate PDF on several PDFs at once with the same settings and download one zip file. We check the limits before a task starts, so a finished file is never held back.
