Questions about this template
Can I collect visitors' contact details at an open house?
Usually yes, but the rules on how you may use them, especially for calls, texts and marketing email, differ by place and by your brokerage. This sheet asks only for contact details, and every box is optional. Check your local rules and your brokerage's policy before you follow up.
Will the next visitor see what I wrote?
On paper or a shared tablet, yes. Everyone who signs after you can read the lines above. Some hosts print a fresh sheet often, cover earlier lines with a card, or let visitors type on their own phone. PDFinish never sees what is typed.
What if I have more than 14 visitors?
Fill in a second copy and join the two files with Merge PDF.
