Upload a PDF, or fill in one of our templates and download it first. Place the fields: name, email, date, signature, initials, checkbox or text. 2. **Print the QR sign.** You get a link and a one-page QR sign with your business name. Put it on the desk or the door. English or Spanish for the visitor page. 3. **The visitor signs on their phone.** They scan, type a name and email, read the form to the end, agree to sign electronically, and sign with a finger. No app and no account. 4. **Find the record.** Each visit becomes a signed PDF with a certificate page. The time, the document version, the typed name and email, the visitor's consent, and the IP address and browser of the device. Each signed form is stored encrypted for 365 days. A visitor who declines at any point leaves no signed PDF, and the record of the visit is kept for 30 days. ### Can I export the log? Yes. Search the log, then download it as a CSV: name, email, time, document, version and status. ### Can a parent sign for a child? Yes. The visitor chooses that they are signing for a child and types the guardian's name, the relationship and the child's name. An added page lists them.
