## What can I write to PDFinish about?

### Help with a file or a tool

Tell us the tool you used, your browser and what happened. Never attach a private document; a description or a screenshot with the private parts covered is enough. Most tools run in your browser, so we cannot see your files.

### Billing, refunds and your plan
